Panama has much to offer, from mountain havens boasting year-round mild temperatures to colonial towns where the traditions of grand old Spain have shaped and enriched the local culture. But it’s Panama’s sunny beaches that get the most attention…and with good reason.

Along the Caribbean coast of Panama, white sand beaches and aquamarine waters rival the best of the Bahamas. For a memorable vacation, these picture-perfect destinations provide the ultimate tropical backdrop. Pacific coast beaches, on the other hand, are the most popular for weekend getaways and full-time residents.

PANAMA IS FREE OF HURRICANES

Focus your course to the following destinations

bocas del toro islands

Bocas del Toro

Located on the Caribbean coast of Panama near the Costa Rican border, this unspoiled archipelago of nine big islands and many smaller ones creates an inland sea where the breezes are so tranquil the waves rarely exceed knee height. And because Panama is south of the hurricane zone, there is no “season.” You can safely cruise here all year round.

Isla Secas

Islas Secas is world-class vacation destination located on a chain of sixteen pristine, jungle-clad volcanic islands in the Pacific Ocean, twenty-five miles south of mainland Panama. Bathed by the azure, rich waters of the Tropical Eastern Pacific and adorned with exotic wildlife.

pearl islands

Pearl Islands

The Pearl Islands are located in the North Pacific Ocean in the Gulf of Panama.

The Pearl Islands of Panama is an archipelago that covers around 250 small islands of which most are uninhabited

Just like sailing in San Blas the best way to explore every Pearl Island is by sailing. While you hop from island to island you can spot dolphins, humpback whales and snorkel among the huge schools of fish that can’t be found in the Caribbean Sea.

san blas islands

San Blas Archipielago

The Comarca de Kuna Yala ( Comarca de San Blas ) is a narrow, 226km-long strip on the Caribbean coast that includes the Archipielago de San Blas, which stretches from the Golfo de San Blas to the edge of the Colombian border. The islands are home to the Kuna, who run San Blas as a comarca (autonomous region) with minimal interference from the national government.

Guna Yala is comprised of over 350 islands in the San Blas archipelago, plus a stretch of 200 Km. of virgin rainforest along the coast.
